Born in California; roots in Texas, Arkansas and Oklahoma; moved over 54 times; attended 17 schools; raised by mom; had a father, adopted father, and step-father; overcoming speech impediment; overcoming attention deficit disorder and information processing disorder; historic re-enactor; former DJ and talk show host; community ministry; conduct workshops and seminars; grant writer and trainer; degrees in Business Administration, Christian Education and Psychology, and Education Administration and Counseling; five children and 14 grandchildren; conducting independent research in health, wellness and nutrition; raising $5 million for Buffalo Soldiers National Museum to restore historic Houston Light Guard Armory; helping American Cowboy Museum develop resources for expansion; love action movies; would like to create “castles” for abused women and children across the country; plan to complete book about murders and mayhem as a former community activist; would like to write books and scripts about African American families similar to “Little House on the Prairie” and “The Waltons”; set up local foundations to address community; and travel as an ambassador for human kindness.
